African cloves 50g

African cloves, known by their botanical name Syzygium aromaticum, are milder than their Indonesian counterparts and have a distinctive menthol-like flavour. Use them to season your dishes, prepare herbal teas or cold infusions, or simply chew them.

In traditional practices, cloves are used for toothache, oral hygiene and fresh breath, as well as for their attributed antiparasitic, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. They should not be used during pregnancy or by children.
